Payment Methods
We can accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards as well as Money Orders, Cashiers
Checks, personal and business checks. Make check payable to: Heritage Metal Art
Credit card charges are processed after
receiving your order so you don't have to worry about pressing a button twice or double ordering anything. There is no surcharge
for using a credit card.
Colorado residents add 7.75% Sales Tax (multiply total order by 1.0775) and add to the order amount.
Shipping
Shipping is via U.S. Post Office, UPS or DHL ground service. Shipping rates are:
12" - $7.00
24" - $12.00
36" - $15.00
48" - $30.00
Shipping costs for other sizes and types of art will be quoted at time of
order.
Each piece of artwork is usually shipped separately to protect it from damage during shipment. In most cases,artwork
can be combined to reduce shipping costs when more that one piece is ordered at the same time. However, the 36 inch and
48 inch plaque mounted artwork can not be combined for shipment.
Other rates for Alaska, Hawaii
or international shipments. The shipping charge for any custom artwork will be quoted at the time of the order or shipment.
Check your shipping address on the order form. If an incorrect shipping address is sent to us and the order is undeliverable,
there will be a second shipping charge added. Shipping deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
Your shipment should
be received in about 5 business days for continental U.S delivery.
Weekend, after-hours and holiday orders are processed
the next business day.
Return Policy
I try very hard to produce quality art that you will be satisfied with and proud to own. The artwork
is carefully packaged for shipment but sometimes things can go wrong. If the artwork arrives damaged or defective,
you may return it for an exchange or refund.
Requests for returns must be made within five days of receiving the art.
Contact me before returning items.
No refunds on shipping charges for refunded items. Custom made orders or
artwork that has spelling errors due to errors on the original order form cannot be returned.
Privacy of Information: All
